For change-of-mind or sizing returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery and keep the item unused, unwashed and with its original tags attached. We’ll provide the return address and instructions; customers cover postage for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please describe the issue and include photos where possible so we can help.

Change of mind and sizing
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please provide proof of purchase. Eligible items can be refunded or exchanged, subject to stock availability.Return postage
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind and sizing returns, and original delivery charges are not refunded for these returns. Please contact us before posting so we can provide the correct address. We recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking details.Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or develops a fault. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.Refunds

Parcel Post starts from AU$10. Express Post starts from AU$12.50. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Free Parcel Post is available on eligible merchandise orders over AU$80; Express Post remains a paid option.Delivery estimates
Our current checkout estimates are 3–6 business days for Parcel Post and 1–3 business days for Express Post after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and exclude order preparation time. Delivery can take longer for regional or remote addresses and during disruptions.
