Change of mind and sizing
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please provide proof of purchase. Eligible items can be refunded or exchanged, subject to stock availability.

Return postage
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind and sizing returns, and original delivery charges are not refunded for these returns. Please contact us before posting so we can provide the correct address. We recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking details.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or develops a fault. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will confirm the outcome after assessing your return.

The 30-day window and unused-condition requirements apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Scope
This policy covers merchandise purchases. Event entries, camping and shuttle bookings are covered by their applicable booking terms, without limiting your consumer rights.
